I’ve published: 6.1. Intro. Pam and Aristotle on the Political Rhetor; The Political Rhetor and the Future: 6.2.a. The Poor; 6.2. b. Children; 6.2.c.i. Future Generations.

The Political Rhetor and the Future, Future Generations: 6.2.ii. Who are the Future Generations?; 6.2.iii The Glimmer of Hope Move; and, 6.2.iv. Stewardship — are each in the editing stages and will be posted within the coming weeks.

Subsequent posts in this series are The Political Rhetor and: 6.3. Attainability of Ends; 6.4. Warnings; 6.5. Solidarity; and, 6.6. Character (Ethos). These entries are in earlier draft stages and will be published over the next couple of months.

At the end of this project, I plan to concatenate the entries in this series into a .pdf available for download.

I’ve completed all but defence of my thesis for a masters in philosophy. My disciplinary interest is in the acquisition and maintenance of our beliefs. But I also have a background in the study of rhetoric, linguistics, and philosophy of language. Political rhetoric particularly interests me.
